Seth Townsend’s work features witty, character-driven spots and a distinct brand of crisp humor. He's created high profile commercial campaigns for brands such as Axe, Google, Pringles, Kit Kat, Levis-Dockers, Snickers, and the global launch of Glee on Sky TV. His Levi's Dockers campaign #DadJam feat. Taye Diggs for Father's Day made waves globally. The spot made it into Campaign's top three Father's Day branded videos. After graduation, Seth began a career in feature film development working at Universal, Disney, and Warner Brothers before being hired away by the Swedish directing collective Traktor, where he spent the the next 10 years as a writer, a co-director, and as head of TV/Feature development. While with Traktor, Seth worked on campaigns for the likes of FoxSportsNet, Discovery.com, Mountain Dew, FedEx, and on music videos such as FatBoy Slim, The Prodigy, and Madonna. He eventually began co-directing for the collective, helming spots for brands such as Axe, Miller, Dodge, and Nike. As of 2011, Seth branched out and began to direct under his own name developing a body of work centred around hilarious and expertly captured performances.
