Joe is a New York Emmy, Olivier and Tony award-winning filmmaker with extensive experience in the industry.

Originally training as an actor, he found he was drawn to the other side of the camera, captivated by how light, lensing and camera movement can shape emotion and narrative. Over the next decade, he built a deep technical foundation as a cinematographer, mastering the craft of visual storytelling and the detailed relationship between camera and performance.

His work spans commercial, branded content, live-action, theatre and touring performance.

Joe was the video designer on Sunset Boulevard, which won both Olivier and Tony awards for its groundbreaking use of live cameras on stage. His commercial campaign for Cabaret on Broadway earned a New York Emmy award and his Broadway show trailers can often be seen lighting up the screens of Times Square.

He has collaborated with artists including Dolly Parton in Nashville, the Prince Estate in Minneapolis, and Halsey on her For My Last Trick tour, which opened at the Hollywood Bowl.

As a director, Joe fuses precision with imagination, designing intricate camera transitions, sculpting light to serve story and crafting performances with cinematic intimacy. His work is defined by control, curiosity and creativity.
