If I could...
I would...eat out every day, sipping cocktails before supper, perched atop a high stool at a
shiny marble bar, wander the streets to home drenched in golden light. I would...sample
cuisine from a different culture every single night of the week, mopping up sauces with flatbreads,
slathering seaweed butter onto sourdough, dipping fat chips or skinny fries into ketchup
with salt on my fingers. I would...cleanse my palette with bitter leaves tossed in lemony
dressings, slurp noodles fearlessly in a light- coloured top, and caper with capers. I would...
snaffle brownies and see patterns in melty ice cream nestled on hot crumble, swirl spoons into
panna cotta and crack open brûlée, never stopping until I was full, leaving not a crumb nor
a morsel, my plate ‘cupboard clean’. My passion for food and drinks informs and
inspires my photography and my knowledge of food trends helps spark creativity.
