Andrea spent eight years at BBC Creative and Red Bee Media. During that time she wrote and directed a number of high profile campaigns across a multitude of channels.

Highlights include directing an award-winning trail for BBC World with John Simpson and picking up a Gold Promax for writing and directing a campaign for Cbeebies.

We love her flair for strong casting and her ability to achieve engaging and authentic performances from actors and non-actors alike. Her gentle, insightful approach has seen great results, nurturing some particularly special performances in her campaign for Sky Arts, KFC, Tesco and Notonthehighstreet.

As well as being represented as a director in commercials and content by Dark Energy, she is Founding Director of production agency Think Make Create with Marcus Jones and Jacquie Beaumont.
