Lily has built a diverse directing portfolio spanning music videos, branded content and narrative film, collaborating with musical artists and creating work for global brands including Nike, Adidas and PayPal. Her debut short film, Girls Who Drink (2018), an abstract study of three young women's relationship with alcohol, screened at BAFTA-qualifying festivals including the London Short Film Festival, Underwire and Leeds International Film Festival, where it was selected for competition.
Alongside her commercial work, Lily develops original narrative projects. She co-wrote the feature screenplay Girls Who Drink with Siofra Dromgoole and directed a proof-of-concept short starring Dolly Wells, Celia Imrie and Liv Hill. She was selected for BAFTA Connect (2022–2023) and the Directors UK Inspire Mentorship Programme (2025–2026).
